Grateful Giving

This year, I decided to do something new with my photography business.

I’ve had this business for several years now but it’s never been a primary focus of mine. My full-time job always held that spot. But, since leaving the 8-5 world, there is more space for it to be a primary focus. I’ve had more clients than ever this year and I am incredibly grateful to each and every one of them for the trust they put in me to capture some of their memories this year. 

To show that gratitude, I decided to give each client a small gift this year. Nothing big or fancy but hopefully a little something for each of them to enjoy and be blessed by in the year(s) to come.

I think it’s important to give back to my clients. Not just in the images I produce as part of their session but in other ways and this was my first step into starting to do that. My hope is that I can find other ways to give back to them throughout the year, as well. I mean, these people not only choose to send some of their hard-earned money with me but literally trust me with their memories. At least some of them! How can I not be grateful?! How can I not show that gratitude?!

I wouldn’t be here, giving myself and this business a fair shot, if it weren’t for them. 

So, to all of you who made this 2018 the best and most profitable year ever for my little photography business, I sincerely and humbly thank you.
